Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is ideal, right in the center of Eaglesham and so convenient for exploring the wider Glasgow area. The rooms were fantastic, with a spacious shower and a great desk for getting some work done. The staff, from the cleaners to the lovely manager, provided top-notch service. The dining experience was delightful, with high-quality ingredients and some lovely fresh fruit. The facilities were superb, especially the pet amenities available. However, the price could be a bit high for some travelers, and the hotel would benefit from better management and leadership to elevate their service even more.
The hotel is in a prime location close to the center of Glasgow and a lovely park, with eager assistance available for guests. The rooms offer a comfortable stay but would benefit from better window insulation. The service from the friendly staff is excellent, needing only improved management for a more professional touch. Dining provides high-quality food, including some fresh fruit, but lacks variety. Overall, a convenient and welcoming hotel with room for improvement.
The hotel has a traditional Scottish feel with a bath in the room but needs refurbishing, especially the furniture. The lack of TV due to a broken co-axial cable was a downside for entertainment during the stay.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with an excellent shower and a comfy bed, but would benefit from refurbishing, especially the furniture. A broken TV co-axial cable led to no available TV during my stay. The service was top-notch with friendly staff delivering an excellent experience without us having to ask for it. The location is convenient, not far from Glasgow city centre, making it a great base for exploration. The dining experience was delightful with lovely fresh fruit and high-quality ingredients. Overall, the value for money could be better considering the room condition and TV issue.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was great, surrounded by dog-friendly areas and lovely parks, but the room had no windows and a broken TV co-axial cable. The service, however, was exceptional, with a friendly team from cleaners to receptionists. The dining experience was delightful, with high-quality ingredients in the dishes, but the stewed partridge was not to my taste.
